The interface is a bit clunky, especially the member services section once you log in, but overall, it gets the job done. WebI have an auto loan with Chartway. Their website is incredibly outdated their customer service is incompetent and unresponsive. I've had experience with three other CUs and Chartway is so far behind in every way. There is no way I'd use them for any other services and I am looking forward to having my auto loan paid off in a couple of months.
