WebSep 1, 2014 · When I hit the record button on my C41 I got the message, "Your receiver isn't authorized to record this program" The program was Forensic Files on HLN. Anyone know what that means? Lastly go to www.directv.com, log into your account, and go into My Equipment where you will have the option to refresh the individual receivers. That way it will refresh, push down, the data for what your account is authorized for.
