WebMay 2, 2024 · The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released income limits for 2024. Effective April 29, these limits are used to determine income eligibility for FHLBank Chicago’s Affordable Housing Program General Fund, Downpayment Plus® Programs and Community Advances. WebThe FHLBanks are governed by boards of directors ranging in size from 14 to 22 directors, all of whom are elected by member institutions. The majority of the FHLBank board members are directors or officers of member institutions, while the remaining directors (at least 40 percent) are independent.
