It's not only the best way to play, but the only way that even feels acceptable to play IMO. The gamecube controls are atrocious by modern standards. And the Wii controls are motion controls, which is just not a fun way to play ANYTHING in the modern era (IMO). Primehack is amazing.

If I remember right Prime Trilogy has some issue with XFB and EFB, or ubershaders, I'm not particularly sure. It was a while ago.
